A one-of-a-kind moon jar that merges a timeless ceramic form with sculptural expression, wheel-thrown from white stoneware and fired for strength and durability. Two whales move gracefully around the vessel, emerging from layered blues and whites and ocean-worn textures that evoke currents and depth. Permanent India ink is brushed into the crackled glaze after firing, adding contrast, richness, and lasting detail.
