Collection: Ted Tinkler

Ted Tinkler (they/them) is an interdisciplinary artist who graduated from Glasgow School of Art in 2023 and is now based in London. Their practice centres around tactile handcrafts – playing with ideas of intimacy, liveliness, fluidity, land justice, transness, and care. They are a lace knitter and spinner. Ted’s knitted-lace is rooted in traditional Shetland lace, archives, storytelling, and a connection to the land.
