Kamilah Ahmed is a London-based embroidery artist and designer specialising in material innovation and surface design. With a background in couture fashion, designing for Dior, Valentino, and The Attico, her approach to interiors blends precise craftsmanship with expressive detailing. 

Most recently, she led new embroidery design development at de Gournay, translating her couture sensibility into bespoke wall coverings and spatial textiles. From her studio at Cockpit Bloomsbury, she now focuses on bespoke creations, collaborations, and commissions that place heritage crafts in contemporary interior contexts.
