Joe Garcia is a ceramicist specialising in print on ceramics. He creates images by editing newspaper scans, downloaded images, and iPhone photos to create abstract imagery pointing towards the natural world. These images are often then transferred onto paper-thin slabs of glazed and raw porcelain. This imagery, combined with the organic qualities of the materials, aims to create a sense of awe and timelessness.
